Narshion Matai Ngao is a Senior Data Manager as well as a certified project manager in PRINCE2. His background is in software development. Narshion did his bachelor’s degree of science in ICT management in Maseno University.

Narshion’s interest in research is particularly in data management. He has been supporting research through development and management of database for clinical and lab data collection. Narshion is also interested in data reporting using tools such as R and STATA and basic statistics. He has distinctively contributed to CHAIN with the coordination of data management practices and activities across the entire CHAIN network.

Prior to joining CHAIN, Narshion worked at Kemri-Wellcome Trust. While there he was part of the team that developed KIDMS system.  Today CHAIN is using that tool to manage lab data across the entire network and this makes him proud.
